Rooms are big and comfortable

The room was very comfortable. It was a cold night but they provided a heater, which was nice. The man at the reception at night was very polite and helpful.

The rooms don’t have AC nor windows to receive clean air. It was uncomfortable to sleep throughout the night with a very stuffy feeling along with the fans noise. There are NO written specifications in their website that rooms have no AC nor windows. The hotel rate is overpriced for not having proper ventilation; I think it shouldn’t be categorized as a “boutique luxury hotel”
