The room was very comfortable. It was a cold night but they provided a heater, which was nice. The man at the reception at night was very polite and helpful.

The rooms are well appointed and very clean. The lady who assisted with checkin was very helpful and friendly. There are some good places to eat in the complex the hotel is in.

The staff is great helping you out with any question. However limited by what the hotel has to offer. The staff speaks English but limited. Very helpful if you speak Spanish. Very safe area.
